Q. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days (7-14 BUSINESS days during high volume time ie holidays and sales)

 

Please note that all pre-order items takes TWO WEEKS to process on top of regular shipping times 

 

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

 

All purchases are final sales, unless your product is damaged

 

Q. My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. 

Q. I gave an incorrect address. Can I get a refund? 
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted
